PKM is powerful on its own. But when you add the Personal AI layer, your system becomes exponentially stronger:

What is PKM?
Personal Knowledge Management — a systematic method for collecting, processing, retrieving, and using your knowledge. It's not about tools (though we use them), it's about the architecture of your thinking.
What is PAI?
Personal AI Infrastructure — your personal AI system. Your own RAG pipeline, AI assistants, automations built on your knowledge base. Not using ChatGPT — building your own thinking pipeline.
What tools do you use?
We think tool-agnostically in the workshop — the system matters, not the app. But in practice, Obsidian, Notion, Readwise, and custom RAG pipelines come up. Everyone chooses what fits their context.
Do I need a technical background?
Not for the PKM workshop. For the PAI layer, basic tech curiosity is helpful but not required — the workshop aims to help you understand the possibilities and the mindset, not to code.
Do you run workshops for corporate teams?
Yes. Corporate PKM workshops are especially valuable because personal knowledge management and organizational knowledge sharing reinforce each other. I typically work with teams of 8-15.
